Tax and Legal Request

If you need a Tax and Legal for a property please fill in the following request form and submit it to us.  We can email you the information, which will include a Tax and Legal Form, a copy of the vesting document and a copy of the plat, survey, etc of the property.  If the covenants and restrictions are on the plat or the vesting deed, we also send those to you along with the Tax and Legal. Some covenants and restrictions are only found once a complete search of the property has been completed and are not available with a Tax and Legal.
