Changes to the Residential Property Disclosure Form

The State of Ohio, Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate issued a new Residential Property Disclosure Form that is to be used for the purchase and sale of real estate in Ohio containing 1-4 dwelling units as required by Ohio Revised Code Section 5302.30.
